THE PULL BACK

The most important step, is to reach a point of mental strength, that compels you to NOT GIVE A FUCK if she pulls back or not. Oddly enough, when she realizes you don't really give a fuck, she usually comes crawling back. After you repeat this cycle a dozen times, you won't know if not giving a fuck is what causes her to come back, or if knowing she's coming back is what causes you to not give a fuck. 

No Contact. No text. No DM's. No lurking in person or on social media. NOTHING. She has lost all rights to see or hear from you. You are not a toy. You are not a shiny watch that she can wear and then put back on the shelf whenever she wants. If she reaches out, but doesn't seem invested, act uninterested and keep it as careless as possible. 

Have options. Nothing brings out feelings of regret more than competition anxiety. She messed up and now she must pay the price. You are a free man and you bet your ass you're going to take advantage of it. 

Be good in bed. The truth is, they always come back to good sex. Maybe it's too late to go back and change your past performances. But, when she does come back, fuck her harder than you ever have. Go beastmode and don't hold back. Don't worry about anatomy and pleasure. Just go full dom. Nothing makes a woman feel more validated than satisfying the 'alpha fucks' side of hypergamy.
